1. Basic Documents
- Recent photograph and signature.
- Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport or accepted photo ID.
- Mobile number and email ID used during registration.
- Application form, registration number and payment receipt if applicable.
- Admit card or call letter.
2. Education Documents
- 10th certificate for date of birth proof.
- 12th certificate and marksheet for NDA/12th routes.
